Dr. Grinde was born and raised in the Twin Cities and graduated from Alexander Ramsey High School. He received his B.A. degree in Chemistry from Augsburg College. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota and started Maple Grove Family Dental Clinic in 1985. Dr Grinde is a 23 year member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, and Minneapolis District Dental Society. He is married with 3 children and has lived in Maple Grove for the past 19 years.

Dr. Alwin graduated from St. John's University with a B.S. degree in Biology in 1979. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Minnesota in 1986. He also completed a General Practice Residency at the U of M in 1987. During his studies at the U of M, he was awarded the Harold C. Wittach Award in the field of Pediatric Dentistry and elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, and Minneapolis District Dental Society. Dr. Alwin has been with Maple Grove Family Dental Clinic since 1987. He is married with three children and they reside in Plymouth.

Dr. Chang graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. degree in Biochemistry and Microbiology. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Minnesota with an award for Outstanding Achievement in Operative Dentistry from the Academy of Operative Dentistry. Dr. Chang is a member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, and Minneapolis District Dental Society. He is married with three children and they reside in Maple Grove.
