James was unhappy with the appearance of his upper front teeth. He didn't like the color or shape of his teeth. He also didn't like the large fillings that were used to restore broken or decayed areas of his teeth. He decided to have porcelain fused to metal crowns placed on his upper front six teeth. Before these crowns were placed, we worked together to improve his gum health and the gum tissues were recontoured to give a nice even and proportionate appearance to his new crowns.
